The course enables them to be in greater control of potentially threatening circumstances, and makes their confidence grow.


  • Young ones & Juniors : The program enables children to learn self defense and thus protect themselves from bullies. They also learn about commitment, respect, focus, self-discipline, and experience quite a few positive changes of their life.
